Contract Closure Documentation. The Contract Closure Documentation is a mandatory deliverable, due at the end of the contract. For the avoidance of doubt, “end of the contract” shall mean the finalisation of a series of tasks as defined in the Statement of Work attached to this Contract. Therefore, work performed under Riders or Contract Change Notices adding new tasks with respect to the original contract shall require separate Contract Closure Documentation. The contents of the Contract Closure Documentation shall conform to the layout provided in Annex A hereto.
