CONTRACT CLARIFICATION. 33.1 Where a teacher or the ASSOCIATION questions an interpretation of the contract or conditions of employment implied but not necessarily stated in the written contract, he/she, or the ASSOCIATION may initiate a grievance, except that non-renewal or dismissal of probationary teachers will be dealt with according to State law. A grievance to be considered under this procedure must be initiated by the employee or the ASSOCIATION within twenty (20) school days of when the employee should have reasonably known of its occurrence.
CONTRACT CLARIFICATION. Assist the Client in tender interviews to clarify both the terms and pricing of the tenders. Collate records of relevant matters arising for incorporation as necessary into the contract documents. Make recommendations on tenders to be considered for award, listing alterations and clarifications to be incorporated.
CONTRACT CLARIFICATION. The Consultant shall issue the City’s instructions to Contractor(s), as well as issue interpretations and clarifications of the plans and specifications in connection therewith and review change orders.

Axon warrants that its law enforcement hardware products which are manufactured by Axon are free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one (1) year from the date of receipt. Axon-manufactured accessories are covered under a limited ninety-day warranty from the date of receipt. Non-Axon manufactured accessories are covered under the manufacturer's warranty. If a site visit is deemed necessary due to an issue (i.e. access point failures or accidental cut wires) and not an Axon or Axon Evidence issue there may be a charge assessed to the agency. * 47 Will you cover warranty service for items made by other manufacturers that are part of your proposal, or are these warranties issues typically passed on to the original equipment manufacturer? Axon will troubleshoot these devices to the best of our ability. If we are unable to resolve the issue and the devices require warranty service, this will be performed by the manufacturer. * 48 What are your proposed exchange and return programs and policies? Include enough detail to support your ability to report quarterly sales to Sourcewell as described in the Contract template. For example, indicate whether your dealer network is included in your response and whether each dealer (or some other entity) will process the Sourcewell Members' purchase orders.   • Certification Regarding Sales and Use Tax By executing the Contract the Contractor certifies it is either (a) registered with the State Department of Revenue, collects, and remits State sales and use taxes as required by Georgia law, including Chapter 8 of Title 48 of the O.C.G.A.; or (b) not a “retailer” as defined in O.C.G.A. Section 48-8-2. The Contractor also acknowledges that the State may declare the Contract void if the above certification is false. The Contractor also understands that fraudulent certification may result in the State Entity or its representative filing for damages for breach of contract.

  • Invoice Submittal DEO shall reimburse Subrecipient in accordance with Section 6, above. In accordance with the Funding Requirements of s. 215.971(1), F.S. and Section 21 of this Agreement, Subrecipient and its subcontractors may only expend funding under this Agreement for allowable costs resulting from obligations incurred during this Agreement.   • Contractor Certification for Contractor Employees Introduction Texas Education Code Chapter 22 requires entities that contract with school districts to provide services to obtain criminal history record information regarding covered employees. Contractors must certify to the district that they have complied. Covered employees with disqualifying criminal histories are prohibited from serving at a school district. Definitions: Covered employees: Employees of a contractor or subcontractor who have or will have continuing duties related to the service to be performed at the District and have or will have direct contact with students. The District will be the final arbiter of what constitutes direct contact with students. Disqualifying criminal history: Any conviction or other criminal history information designated by the District, or one of the following offenses, if at the time of the offense, the victim was under 18 or enrolled in a public school: (a) a felony offense under Title 5, Texas Penal Code; (b) an offense for which a defendant is required to register as a sex offender under Chapter 62, Texas Code of Criminal Procedure; or (c) an equivalent offense under federal law or the laws of another state. I certify that: NONE (Section A) of the employees of Contractor and any subcontractors are covered employees, as defined above. If this box is checked, I further certify that Contractor has taken precautions or imposed conditions to ensure that the employees of Contractor and any subcontractor will not become covered employees. Contractor will maintain these precautions or conditions throughout the time the contracted services are provided. OR SOME (Section B) or all of the employees of Contractor and any subcontractor are covered employees. If this box is checked, I further certify that: (1) Contractor has obtained all required criminal history record information regarding its covered employees. None of the covered employees has a disqualifying criminal history. (2) If Contractor receives information that a covered employee subsequently has a reported criminal history, Contractor will immediately remove the covered employee from contract duties and notify the District in writing within 3 business days.   • Drug-Free Workplace Certification As required by Executive Order No. 90-5 dated April 12, 1990, issued by the Governor of Indiana, the Contractor hereby covenants and agrees to make a good faith effort to provide and maintain a drug-free workplace. The Contractor will give written notice to the State within ten (10) days after receiving actual notice that the Contractor, or an employee of the Contractor in the State of Indiana, has been convicted of a criminal drug violation occurring in the workplace. False certification or violation of this certification may result in sanctions including, but not limited to, suspension of contract payments, termination of this Contract and/or debarment of contracting opportunities with the State for up to three (3) years.
