Contract Changes. Changes to this Agreement may be made only as duly authorized by the ACCO or his or her designee and in accordance with the PPB Rules. Any amendment or change to this Agreement shall not be valid unless made in writing and signed by authorized representatives of both parties. Contractors deviating from the requirements of this Agreement without a duly approved and executed change order document, or written contract modification or amendment, do so at their own risk.
Contract Changes. Changes may not be made to the terms of this Contract without the written permission of the Director, Business Operations, Xxxxxxxx, or his or her designate. During the term of the Contract, the University may unilaterally change or delete any provision of this Contract or add provisions to this Contract (each, a change) by sending you an email notification to the email address you have provided to the University through the Student Service Centre (xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx.xx/sscportal), or by written notification delivered to your accommodation, or by posting a notification in the building in which your accommodation is located. Changes will be effective and binding upon you on the date set out in the notification. If no date is set out in the notification, the contract changes will be effective one week from the date the notification was sent. Please note, however, that changes may be implemented immediately when, in the opinion of the Director, Business Operations, Xxxxxxxx, the health or safety of any person may be adversely affected by a delay.
