CONTRACT AGREEMENT. I attest that the information contained herein is correct and I authorize IUSB to verify this information. I understand and agree that submission of this academic year Contract, signed by me and, if I am under 18, also by my parent or guardian, along with a $200 ($1000 Ivy Tech) prepayment, is a request to reside in on- campus housing at IUSB. I understand that the prepayment is a space reservation and a placement will not be made until the prepayment and this signed Contract have been received. CONTRACT AGREEMENT. (See Clause 6) This agreement made this day of 200 BETWEEN THE GOVERNOR OF THE PUNJAB (hereinafter called the Government) as represented by the Executive Engineer Division On the one part and (hereinafter called the contractor) on the other part. WHEREAS tenders have been received by the Government for the construction, completion and maintenance of (Name of work) as well as possible new and ancillary works associated therewith which have to be executed in accordance with the contract document, and the tender by the contractor for the construction, completion and maintenance of such works has been accepted by the Government.
CONTRACT AGREEMENT. The Texas State University, acting through its Department of Housing and Residential Life (“the University” or “DHRL”) agrees to provide a space in the university housing system to the student (hereafter referred to as the “Student”). The Student agrees to be enrolled at Texas State University and to the terms of this contract.
CONTRACT AGREEMENT. The Parties shall enter into a Contract Agreement within 15 days after the issuance of the LoA. The Contract Agreement shall be in the format annexed to the bid. The costs of stamp duties and similar charges (if any) imposed by law in connection with entry into the Contract Agreement & Integrity Agreement shall be borne by the Contractor.
CONTRACT AGREEMENT. (See Clause 6) This agreement made this day of 20 BETWEEN THE University of the Punjab (hereinafter called the UOP) asrepresented by the Chief Engineer On the one part and (hereinafter called the contractor) on the other part. WHEREAS tenders have been received by the University Engineering Branch for the construction, completion andmaintenance of (Name of work) as well as possible new and ancillary works associated therewith which have to be executed in accordance with the contract document, and the tender by the contractor for the construction, completion and maintenance of such works has been accepted by the UOP.
CONTRACT AGREEMENT. If the work is awarded the contractor shall enter into an agreement with BCPL in the prescribed Performa within 10 days of the issue of LOA/LOI whichever is earlier. The agreement shall be executed on non-judicial stamp paper of `. 100/- .The cost of stamp paper shall be borne by the contractor. The format of agreement can be obtained from the office of the Deputy General Manager (C&P), BCPL, DIBRUGARH, ASSAM.
CONTRACT AGREEMENT. The Parties shall enter into a Contract Agreement within 28 days after the Contractor receives the Letter of Award, unless they agree otherwise. The Contract Agreement shall be in the format annexed to the bid. The costs of stamp duties and similar charges (if any) imposed by law in connection with entry into the Contract Agreement shall be borne by the Bidder.
CONTRACT AGREEMENT. The Parties shall enter into a Contract Agreement within 21 days after the issue of the Letter of Acceptance. The Contract Agreement shall be in the format annexed to the bid. The costs of stamp duties and similar charges (if any) imposed by law in connection with entry into the Contract Agreement shall be borne by the Bidder.
