Common use of Contract Administrator Clause in Contracts

Contract Administrator. The Purchasing Agent or designee is the Contract Administrator for purposes of this Contract, and has the responsibilities described in this Contract, in the San Diego Charter, and in Chapter 2, Article 2, Divisions 5, 30, and 32.
