Contract Administrator. Citizens shall name a Contract Administrator during the term of this Agreement whose responsibility shall be to maintain this Agreement. Except for written notices not otherwise specifically required to be delivered to the Citizens’ Contract Manager or designee (such as those relating to background checks, invoicing, data security requirements and subcontractors), all written notices shall be delivered to the Contract Administrator in addition to the Citizens Contract Manager named below. Contract Administrator. The Purchasing Agent or designee is the Contract Administrator for purposes of this Contract, and has the responsibilities described in this Contract, in the San Diego Charter, and in Chapter 2, Article 2, Divisions 5, 30, and 32.

Contract Administrator. The Board shall appoint a Contract Administrator for the purposes of daily administrative decision-making pertaining to the Contract. If Contractor and the Contract Administrator disagree on any circumstance or set of facts pertaining to the administration or execution of this Contract, the Board shall resolve the matter after notification by either the Contract Administrator or the Contractor in the manner prescribed by the Regulations. If the Board fails to give notice to Contractor of the appointment of a Contract Administrator, the Contract Administrator shall be the Board’s Chief Financial Officer.
Contract Administrator. Contractor shall provide a dedicated Contract administrator to support the updating and management of the Contract on a timely basis. This individual will act as the primary point of contact for Authorized Users and the MSP. This individual shall fully understand the terms and conditions of this Contract. The Contract administrator shall be a person at the Contractor’s management level. The position cannot be staffed by the Contractor’s clerical personnel. The Contract administrator is set forth in Appendix G.

Any changes in Reseller or Distributor information should be submitted in the same manner.
