Common use of Contract Administration Clause in Contracts

Contract Administration. The parties acknowledge that problems of general administration (as opposed to individual employee grievances) may arise during the administration of this Agreement which may require the State and MSEA-SEIU to meet from time to time for the purpose of reviewing the general administration of the Agreement. The parties agree to so meet within a reasonable time at the request of either party. Unless a problem is of an emergency nature, the party requesting a meeting will submit a written agenda one (1) week in advance of any such meeting.

Unless a problem is of an emergency nature, the The party requesting such a meeting will submit a written agenda via email or hard copy, one (1) week in advance of any the meeting. If the matter is urgent in nature, the parties will mutually agree upon a meeting date and such meetingmeeting will not require a written agenda.

If the matter is urgent in nature, the parties will mutually agree upon a meeting date and such meetingmeeting will not require a written agenda.
