Contract Administration Services. 01 If requested by the Construction Contractor (including its subcontractors acting through the Construction Contractor), provide the Construction Contractor with copies of the drawings including the civil topography, survey, horizontal control, and other related design work produced by the Company under this Contract, in AutoCAD file format suitable for use by the Construction Contractor for its intended use including field survey layout work for the Project. Enron CanadaENA Upstream will not be liable in any circumstance whatsoever if it fails to identify a matter of legal interpretation or any matter requiring advice of counsel.
