Contract Adjustments. The Contract Administrator is authorized to increase or decrease the maximum funding allocated to Provider to maximize County’s return on expenditure of its funds as expressed in this Agreement. Such adjustments must be made by the HSD Director or Deputy Director and the Provider in accordance with this article.
