Common use of CONTRACT ACCEPTANCE Clause in Contracts

CONTRACT ACCEPTANCE. The Program has no obligation to the Purchaser unless and until it accepts the Contract. The Program will accept the Contract only after it receives a fully completed Open Enrollment form from a qualified Purchaser and payment of the Enrollment Fee is received in the form of a personal check, credit card, electronic withdrawal, cash, cashier's check, certified check, or money order payable to the Program.
