Continuous Improvement Plan. The Association shall have a minimum of two (2) representatives on any committee working on a building or district-wide continuous improvement plan.
Continuous Improvement Plan. All issues pertaining to Continuous Improvement Plans (CIP) shall be in accordance with this contract. All matters pertaining to wages, hours, or terms and other conditions of employment are subject to collective bargaining as stated in ORC 4117.08.
Continuous Improvement Plan. WPCS will continuously strive to strengthen and improve its operations, finances, and academic programs. It will do this through a formal Strategic Plan, also referred to as the Continuous Improvement Plan. The Plan will identify specific goals, metrics, and methods for improving in strategically important areas. The Plan will be submitted to the State Department of Education and the Charter Authorizer as required, and will be a routine reporting item for staff and Board meetings. The Continuous Improvement Plan will be evaluated using aggregate student achievement data, and other metrics. The Plan will be annually reviewed by the Principal and staff, with formal presentation of the Plan to the Board for approval. The Plan will be a “living document” and will be modified as appropriate to address the school’s needs and focus areas for improvement.

Continuous Improvement Plan. The Board and the GTA agree that there shall be a continuous improvement plan CIP) each school year regardless of the District’s State Report Card status. The District’s CIP shall be reviewed and revised as needed by the Professional Development Committee and submitted to the Board for approval on an annual basis. The Continuous Improvement Plan shall include, as a minimum, proposals in respect of the following: identifying the emergence of new and evolving technologies which could improve the Services; implementing and promoting alternative solutions to face to face meetings such as teleconferencing, videoconferencing, telepresence, webinars, other forms of remote meetings and any other solutions which will reduce costs and result in improved value for money to Contracting Bodies identifying changes in behaviour at Contracting Bodies that result in a cost saving and a reduction in the Framework Prices; improving the way in which the Services are sold via the framework agreement that may result in reduced Framework Prices; identifying and implementing efficiencies in the Supplier’s internal processes and administration that may lead to cost savings,reductions in the Framework Prices and better value for money for the Contracting Bodies; improving the way in which sub-contractor services are procured to increase competition, resulting in better value for money for the Contracting Bodies; identifying and implementing efficiencies in the way the Authority and/or a Contracting Body interacts with the Supplier that may lead to cost savings and reductions in the Framework Prices and better value for money for the Contracting Bodies; identifying and implementing efficiencies in the Supplier’s supply chain that may lead to cost savings and reductions in the Framework Prices and better value for money for the Contracting Bodies; baselining the quality of the Supplier’s Services and its cost structure and demonstrating the efficacy of its Continuous Improvement Plan on each element during the Term; and measuring and reducing the sustainability impacts of the Supplier’s operations and supply-chains pertaining to the Services, and to identify opportunities to assist Contracting Bodies in meeting their sustainability objectives.
