Continuity of Service. Except where there exists an emergency situation necessitating a more expeditious procedure, the Licensee shall use reasonable efforts to interrupt service for the purpose of Cable Communications System construction, routine repairing or testing the Cable System only during periods of minimum use. When necessary service interruptions can be anticipated, the Licensee shall notify Subscribers in advance via message on the community bulletin board.

Continuity of Service. It shall be the right of all Subscribers to continue receiving Cable Service insofar as their financial and other obligations to the Grantee are honored, and subject to Xxxxxxx’s rights under Section 15.2 of this Franchise.

Continuity of Service. 6 Any leave without pay which is approved in accordance with these 7 procedures shall not constitute a break in service, but may result in an 8 adjustment to the employee’s leave progression date and the employee’s 9 performance review and merit increase (if eligible) date. If the leave is for 10 ninety (90) days or longer, the employee’s pension service date will also 11 be affected.
