Continuity of Service. Except where there exists an emergency situation necessitating a more expeditious procedure, the Licensee shall use reasonable efforts to interrupt service for the purpose of Cable Communications System construction, routine repairing or testing the Cable System only during periods of minimum use. When necessary service interruptions can be anticipated, the Licensee shall notify Subscribers in advance via message on the community bulletin board.
Continuity of Service. It shall be the right of all Subscribers to continue receiving Cable Service insofar as their financial and other obligations to the Grantee are honored, and subject to Xxxxxxx’s rights under Section 15.2 of this Franchise.

The continuity of employment with the Company is not broken by the employee’s parental leave however the employee does not accrue other entitlements such as annual or long service leave while away and the period on leave does not count as part of the total period of service with the Company.

It shall be the right of all Subscribers to receive Cable Service insofar as their financial and other obligations to the Licensee are honored; provided, however, that the Licensee shall have no obligation to provide Cable Service to any Person who or which the Licensee has a reasonable basis to believe is utilizing an unauthorized Converter and/or is otherwise obtaining any Cable Service without required payment thereof. The Licensee shall ensure that all Subscribers receive continuous, uninterrupted Cable Service, except for necessary Service interruptions or as a result of Cable System or equipment failures. When necessary, non-routine Service interruptions can be anticipated, the Licensee shall notify Subscribers of such interruption(s) in advance.
Continuity of Service. 6 Any leave without pay which is approved in accordance with these 7 procedures shall not constitute a break in service, but may result in an 8 adjustment to the employee’s leave progression date and the employee’s 9 performance review and merit increase (if eligible) date. If the leave is for 10 ninety (90) days or longer, the employee’s pension service date will also 11 be affected.
Continuity of Service. 3.1 Company is engaged in rendering public utility services to the public, and Union and Company recognize that there is an obligation on each party for the continuous rendition and availability of such services.

IID shall not be obligated to accept and IID may require Producer to temporarily curtail, interrupt or reduce deliveries of energy upon advance notice to Producer, when such curtailment, interruption or reduction is required in order for IID to construct, install, maintain, repair, replace, remove, investigate or inspect any of its equipment or any part of its system or if IID determines that such curtailment, interruption or reduction is necessary because of a System Emergency, forced outages or abnormal operating conditions on its system. IID shall use reasonable efforts to keep interruptions and curtailments to a minimum time.
Continuity of Service. 10.01 The Association will not directly or indirectly sanction, authorize or allow any stoppage of work or any action that restricts or limits service or production.
