Common use of Continuing the Work Clause in Contracts

Continuing the Work. The Contractor shall carry on the Work or Services and adhere to the progress schedule during all disputes of this Contract with the County. No Work or Services shall be delayed or postponed pending resolution of any disputes of this Contract, except as specifically set forth herein, or as the County and Contractor may otherwise agree in writing.
