Continuing Right. All agreements and obligations of the Company included herein shall continue during the period Indemnitee is a director, officer, employee or other agent of the Company and shall continue thereafter as long as Indemnitee is subject to any possible claim, action, suit, proceeding or any arbitration or other alternative dispute resolution mechanism, whether civil, criminal, administrative or investigative, by reason of the fact that Indemnitee was serving in the capacity referred to herein. For the avoidance of doubt, such agreements and obligations shall apply to any period prior to the date of this Agreement on the same basis as to periods from and after such date.
Continuing Right. AT&T will have the continuing right to market and sell the Service and any other communications services to any third parties, including but not limited to current, future and potential End Users, and to communicate with such third parties, including but not limited to with respect to Customer's performance hereunder.
Continuing Right. If the space offered in Landlord's First Offer Notice is only a portion of the First Offer Space, then Tenant shall retain its right of first offer pursuant to the terms of this Section 1.5 with respect to the remaining portion of the First Offer Space which has never been included in a Landlord's First Offer Notice when Landlord determines that such remaining First Offer Space is available for leash as set forth above.
Continuing Right. Until, but only until, the Easements are granted pursuant to this Agreement, Hydro shall, notwithstanding any release granted by the Agreement, be subject to the easement provisions of Article 3 of the NFA with respect to the Reserve.

Following the expiration of the Royalty Term in any country, RedHill shall be entitled to continue to exploit the License in such country with respect to the Product(s) without having to pay Royalties, Sublicense Royalty Fees or make any other payment to Egalet in respect of such activities.

In no event shall Tenant's failure to exercise its Right of First Refusal to Purchase be deemed a waiver or relinquishment by Tenant of Tenant's Right of First Refusal to Purchase should (i) the space identified in the Notice of Intention to Sell be offered for sale to a potential purchaser other than the purchaser specified in the Notice of Landlord's Intention to Sell during the Term of this Lease or any extension thereof, or (ii) the space identified in the Notice of Landlord's Intention to Sell be offered for sale to any purchaser on terms different than those specified in the Notice of Landlord's Intention to Sell during the Term of this Lease or any extension thereof.
Continuing Right. If the sale to a Permitted Purchaser is not completed within the three month period referred to in Section 7.07(3)(b), the Offeror may not sell the Offered Shares without first offering them again in accordance with this Section 7.07.

In no event shall Tenant's failure to exercise ---------------- its Refusal Right be deemed a waiver or relinquishment by Tenant of: (i) Tenant's Refusal Right should the Available Space be offered for lease to any party for a rent that is less than ninety-five percent (95%) of the rent specified ha the Landlord's Notice, (it) Tenant's Refusal Right if the Available Space specified in the Landlord's Notice is still not leased within ninety (90) days from the date of the Landlord's Notice, (iii) Tenant's Refusal right as to the space specified in Landlord's Notice should it become available for lease again during the Term of the Lease, or (iv) Tenant's Refusal Right as to any other Available Space that is not specified ha the Landlord's Notice and that comes available for lease in the Project during the Term of the Lease.
