Common use of Continuing Representations Clause in Contracts

Continuing Representations. The representations and warranties of each party contained in Sections 7.1, 7.2 and 7.3 above shall survive the execution of this Agreement and shall remain true and correct after the date hereof with the same effect as if made as of the date hereof.

Continuing Representations. The representations and warranties of each party contained in Sections 7.16.1, 7.2 6.2 and 7.3 above 6.3 shall survive the execution of this Agreement and shall remain true and correct after the date hereof with the same effect as if made as of the date hereof.

Continuing Representations. The representations and warranties of each party contained in Sections 7.113.1, 7.2 13.2 and 7.3 above 13.4 shall survive the execution of this Agreement and shall remain true and correct after the date hereof with the same effect as if made as of the date hereof.

Continuing Representations.
