Common use of Continuing Expenses Clause in Contracts

Continuing Expenses. The continuing fees, expenses and disbursements (including reasonable counsel fees) of (i) Certificate Trustee, as Lessor under the Lease and as trustee under the Trust Agreement with respect to the administration of the Trust Estate, and (ii) Agent, under the Operative Documents, shall be paid directly by Lessee as Supplemental Rent.

Continuing Expenses. The continuing fees, expenses and disbursements (including reasonable counsel fees) of (i) Certificate Trustee, as Lessor under the Lease and as trustee under the Trust Agreement with respect to the administration of the Trust Estate, Estate and (ii) Agent, Agent under the Operative Documents, shall be allocated on a pro rata basis in proportion to the Commitments for each Site and shall be included in Advance Requests and paid for out of Advances before the Completion Date for each Site and, following the Completion date for any such Site, paid directly by Lessee as Supplemental Rent.

Continuing Expenses. The continuing fees, expenses and disbursements (including reasonable counsel fees) of (i) Certificate Trustee, as Lessor lessor under the Lease and as trustee under the Trust Agreement with respect to the administration of the Trust Estate, Estate and (ii) Agent, Agent under the Operative Documents, Documents shall be paid directly by Lessee as Supplemental Rent.
