Common use of Continuing Expenses Clause in Contracts

Continuing Expenses. The continuing fees, expenses and disbursements (including reasonable counsel fees and expenses) of the entity acting as Owner Trustee, as lessor under the Lease and as Owner Trustee under the Trust Agreement with respect to the administration of the Lease and the Lessor's Estate and the continuing fees, expenses and disbursements (including reasonable counsel fees and expenses and initial fees relating to the establishment of any replacement trustee) of the Indenture Trustee, as trustee under the Indenture with respect to the administration of the Trust Indenture Estate, the continuing fees, expenses and disbursements (including reasonable counsel fees and initial fees relating to the establishment of a replacement trustee) of the Pass Through Trustee and the Subordination Agent and the continuing fees, expenses and disbursements (including reasonable counsel fees and initial fees relating to the establishment of a replacement liquidity provider) of the Liquidity Providers under each Liquidity Facility shall be paid as Supplemental Rent by the Lessee, including without limitation any amounts payable to the Indenture Trustee or on account of requests by the Indenture Trustee for indemnification under Article XI of the Indenture.
