Common use of Continuing Effect of Agreement Clause in Contracts

Continuing Effect of Agreement. All provisions of this Agreement shall so far as they are capable of being performed or observed continue in full force and effect notwithstanding completion of the transfer of the Equity Interests except in respect of those matters then already duly performed.
