Continuing Education Program. Section 1. A continuing education program will be defined as workshops, internet/on-line courses, conferences, training sessions, continuing education classes or in-services which contribute to an employee's career development. All employees will be eligible to participate in continuing education programs. Participation will be based on the following guidelines.
