Continuing education and supplementary training. Subsection 1. In connection with the training and competence development for the individual, employees with an educational level corresponding to vocational education, the Insurance Academy modular training programme level 3, or a Continuing Adult Education (VVU) shall be entitled to continuing education and further training within the person’s professional area, with due consideration of the employer’s needs, the company’s strategic objectives and the development of the individual towards new job functions.
