Continuing Education. 24.01 The Hospital and the Union recognize that continuing education is important for all employees and that they have shared interests and responsibilities in ensuring equitable access to it.
Continuing Education. A Fund shall require of a Service Provider to whom the Fund has delegated compliance with this AML Program that: (i) new employees of such Service Provider receive AML training upon the commencement of their employment; and (ii) existing employees of such Service Provider receive AML training at the time such employees assume duties that bring them into contact with possible money laundering activities. Periodic updates on the subject matter covered in the AML training program shall be provided either in the form of a training session or a written bulletin that may be disseminated in paper or electronic format.
Continuing Education. The Employer will make a reasonable effort to accommodate the needs of employees who wish to pursue their education without taking a leave of absence, subject to the following regulations:
Continuing Education. The Medical Group and its Medical Personnel shall be solely responsible for ongoing membership in professional associations and continuing professional education. The Medical Group shall ensure that its Medical Personnel participate in such continuing professional education as is necessary for such physician or professional to remain current in his or her field of medical practice.
Continuing Education. 512. The Department shall make reasonable effort to secure approval from the Board of Registered Nursing for courses that would meet the requirements for continuing education. Those courses approved will be charged against educational leave time.
Continuing Education. Medical Providers shall participate in such continuing medical education and training programs as required by law to maintain skills compatible with standards of medical care in the community.
Continuing Education. The Employer will pay for continuing education pertaining to maintenance or advancement within bargaining unit classifications, according to its most current policies. Requests for continuing education reimbursement must be made in advance, and approved by the Employer. The Employer and employee will mutually agree to payment protocol (e.g., reimburse with receipt, paying in advance, Employer direct billing).
Continuing Education. 37.01 Employees with one (1) or more years of seniority, who desire to further their education may make an application to the Human Resources to go on a steady shift for the length of such education. Approval for such change shall be conditional on the following:
Continuing Education. Employer will reimburse Employee for admission or attendance fees for pre-approved educational meetings or seminars offered by such organizations as the Florida Bankers Association.
Continuing Education. 1. Each Journeyman Xxxxxxx shall annually obtain a minimum of sixteen (16) hours Xxxxxxx- trade and/or safety education training. The curriculum for such continuing education shall be established and provided by the STAR Program.
