Common use of Continuing Cooperation Clause in Contracts

Continuing Cooperation. Following the Termination Date, Executive agrees to cooperate with all reasonable requests for information made by or on behalf of Company with respect to the operations, practices and policies of the Company. In connection with any such requests, the Company shall reimburse Executive for all out-of-pocket expenses reasonably and necessarily incurred in responding to such request(s).

Continuing Cooperation. Following the Termination Date, Executive agrees to cooperate with all reasonable requests for information made by or on behalf of Company with respect to the operations, practices and policies of the Company. In connection with any such requests, the Company shall reimburse Executive for all out-of-pocket expenses reasonably and necessarily incurred in responding to such request(s). 5.

Following the Termination Retirement Date, Executive agrees to cooperate with all reasonable requests for information made by or on behalf of the Company with respect to the operations, practices and policies of the Company. Continuing Cooperation. Following the Termination DateDate of Termination, Executive agrees to cooperate with all reasonable requests for information made by or on behalf of the Company with respect to the operations, practices practices, and policies of the Company. In addition, Executive agrees that he will assist and cooperate with the Company, to the extent reasonably requested, in any lawsuits, disputes, differences, grievances, claims, charges, or complaints brought or threatened by any party against the Company or brought by the Company against any party. In connection with any such requests, the Company shall reimburse Executive for all out-of-pocket expenses reasonably and necessarily incurred in responding to such request(s).request:

Following the Termination Date, the Executive agrees to cooperate with all reasonable requests for information made by or on behalf of Company the Corporation with respect to the operations, practices and policies of the CompanyCorporation, provided that such requests are not unduly burdensome with respect to the Executive’s personal or professional obligations. In connection with any such requests, the Company Corporation shall reimburse the Executive for all out-of-pocket expenses reasonably and necessarily incurred in responding to such request(s).

Continuing Cooperation. In connection with any such requests, the Company Corporation shall reimburse Executive for all out-of-pocket expenses reasonably and necessarily incurred in responding to such request(s).
