Common use of Continuing Contracts Clause in Contracts

Continuing Contracts. 5.9.1.1 If this Agreement is a “Continuing Contract” it is agreed that either party hereto shall at any and all times have the right and option to terminate this Agreement by giving to the other party not less than sixty (60) days prior written notice of such termination. Upon this Agreement being so terminated by either party hereto, neither party hereto shall have any further rights or obligations under this Agreement subsequent to the date of termination, except that Services specified to be performed under previously issued Authorizations to Proceed, shall proceed to completion under the terms of this Agreement.
