Continuing Benefit Sample Clauses

Continuing Benefit. This AGREEMENT is binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of the parties hereto, their respective agents, spouses, employees, representatives, officials, attorneys, assigns, heirs, and successors in interest.

Continuing Benefit. After any retiring Security Agent’s resignation or removal, the provisions of this Aircraft Security Agreement shall inure to its benefit as to any actions taken or omitted to be taken by it under this Aircraft Security Agreement while it was Security Agent.
Continuing Benefit. Upon its resignation or removal becoming effective and following the termination or expiry of this Agreement, Clauses 10 and 12 shall continue to apply to the predecessor Agent for any action taken or not taken by it while it was an Agent under this Agreement.

  • Termination Compensation Termination Compensation equal to two (2) times the Executive's Base Period Income shall be paid to the Executive in a single sum payment in cash on the thirtieth (30th) business day after the later of (a) the Control Change Date and (b) the date of the Executive's employment termination; provided that if at the time of the Executive's termination of employment the Executive is a Specified Employee, then payment of the Termination Compensation to the Executive shall be made on the first day of the seventh (7th) month following the Executive's employment termination.
