Common use of Continued Operations Clause in Contracts

Continued Operations. Continue at all times (i) to conduct its business and engage principally in a line or lines of business similar or complementary to those heretofore engaged in, including, without limitation, Automobile Retailing Activities, or activities that are reasonably related thereto or similar extensions thereof (subject to the right to make Permitted Acquisitions) and (ii) preserve, protect and maintain free from Liens (other than Liens permitted under Section 8.3 hereof) its material patents, copyrights, licenses, trademarks, trademark rights, trade names, trade name rights, trade secrets and know-how, in each case to the extent necessary or reasonably required in the conduct of its operations.
