Continued Cooperation. Employee acknowledges that Company may need to consult with Employee from time to time on a reasonable basis after Employee’s Retirement Date on matters that Employee had worked on prior to the Retirement Date. Employee agrees to continue to cooperate with Company and to provide any such information as is reasonably requested by Company.
