Common use of Continued Cooperation Clause in Contracts

Continued Cooperation. Executive shall, during and after the expiration or termination of this Agreement for any reason, at Company's sole expense, provide such reasonable cooperation as is requested by Company with respect to any internal or external agency or legal investigation (whether conducted by the FDA, the SEC or otherwise), lawsuits, financial reports, or with respect to other matters within his knowledge, responsibilities or purview, upon reasonable notice. Executive shall execute all lawful documents reasonably necessary for Company to secure or maintain any Confidential Information.
