Continued Certification. 1. All DMC certified providers shall be subject to continuing certification requirements at least once every five years. DHCS may allow the Contractor to continue delivering covered services to beneficiaries at a site subject to on-site review by DHCS as part of the recertification process prior to the date of the on-site review, provided the site is operational, the certification remains valid, and has all required fire clearances.

Continued Certification. The CAS shall remain certified so long as the Governing Board determines that the certification of automated systems is appropriate for implementation of the SSUTA and so long as the CAS and the Contractor remain in full compliance with the certification requirements in Section B of this Contract. Decisions whether to continue certification are within the sole discretion of the Governing Board and are not subject to review. Under no circumstances shall the Governing Board, Member States, or Associate Member States be liable for any claim, liability, loss, damage, or injury to the Contractor or to any other person resulting directly or indirectly from a decision whether or not to continue certification. The Contractor shall indemnify and hold harmless the Governing Board, Member States, and Associate Member States, and each of their officers, directors, agents, representatives, and employees from and against any claim or suit arising or resulting from such decisions.

  • Required Certification Contractor must include with any request for reimbursement from the JBE a certification that Contractor is not seeking reimbursement for costs incurred to assist, promote, or deter union organizing. If Contractor incurs costs or makes expenditures to assist, promote or deter union organizing, Contractor will maintain records sufficient to show that no reimbursement from the JBE was sought for these costs, and Contractor will provide those records to the Attorney General upon request.

  • Required Certifications A bidder who makes a false certification on the Bidder Certification of the Prequalification Classification and Work Capacity Form will be subject to forfeiture of his bid bond and/or disqualification from bidding on future work for a 90 day period, or both. The Contracting Officer will determine the imposition and the extent of such sanctions. A sworn statement shall be executed by the bidder or his agent on behalf of each person, firm, association, or corporation submitting a bid.   • AS9100 Certification AS9100 Certification specifies requirements for a quality management system to demonstrate the Contractor’s ability to consistently meet the customer requirements as well as statutory and regulatory requirements for the aerospace industry. An AS9100 Certification is not mandatory; however, Contractors who desire to compete for work within the aerospace industry are encouraged to have AS9100 Certification during the entire term of OASIS SB. The Contractor shall notify the OASIS SB CO, in writing, if there are any changes in the status of their AS9100 Certification and provide the reasons for the change and copies of audits from an AS9100 Certification Body, as applicable. If only part of a Contractor’s organization is AS9100 certified, the Contractor shall make the distinction between which business units or sites and geographic locations have been certified.

  • Professional Certification The Superintendent shall at all times during the term of this Contract, and any renewal or extension thereof, hold and maintain a valid certificate required of a superintendent by the State of Texas and issued by the State Board for Educator Certification or the Texas Education Agency and any other certificates required by law.
