Common use of Continued Business Clause in Contracts

Continued Business. Except for the termination of business relationships upon the completion of services performed by any Company in the ordinary course of business, there exists no actual, pending, or, to any Credit Party’s knowledge, any threatened termination, cancellation or limitation of, or any material modification or material change in the business relationship of any Company and any material customer or material supplier, or any group of customers or suppliers, whose purchases or supplies, individually or in the aggregate, are material to the business of any Company, and, to any Credit Party’s knowledge, there exists no present condition or state of facts or circumstances that would materially affect adversely any Company in any respect or prevent a Company from conducting such business or the transactions contemplated by this Agreement in substantially the same manner in which it was previously conducted.
