Common use of Continued Business Clause in Contracts

Continued Business. There exists no actual, pending, or, to each Borrower’s knowledge, any threatened termination, cancellation or limitation of, or any modification or change in the business relationship of any Company and any customer or supplier, or any group of customers or suppliers of any Company, that would have a Material Adverse Effect.
