Common use of Continue to Employ Clause in Contracts

Continue to Employ. The Company hereby agrees to continue to employ Employee, prior to the Holding Company Restructuring, as Vice President of Real Estate/Store Development at the Food Lion division level and, after the Holding Company Restructuring, as Vice President of Real Estate/Store Development at the Subsidiary level, for the Term of Employment as herein set forth, and Employee hereby agrees to continue to serve in such positions for such term.

Continue to Employ. The Company hereby agrees to continue to employ Employee, prior to the Holding Company Restructuring, as Vice President of Real Estate/Store Development at the Food Lion division level and, after the Holding Company Restructuring, as Vice President of Real Estate/Store Development at the Subsidiary level, for the Term of Employment as herein set forth, and Employee hereby agrees to continue to serve the Company in such positions for such term.

Continue to Employ. The Company hereby agrees to continue to employ Employee, Employee (i) as Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer at the Company level and (ii) prior to the Holding Company Restructuring, as Executive Vice President of Real Estate/Store Development and Chief Financial Officer at the Food Lion division level and, after the Holding Company Restructuring, as Vice President of Real Estate/Store Development at the Subsidiary level, for the Term of Employment as herein set forth, and Employee hereby agrees to continue to serve the Company in such positions for such term.

Continue to Employ. The Company hereby agrees to continue to employ Employee, prior to the Holding Company Restructuring, as Senior Vice President of Real EstateCategory Management/Store Development Procurement at the Food Lion division level and, after the Holding Company Restructuring, as Senior Vice President of Real EstateCategory Management/Store Development Procurement at the Subsidiary level, for the Term of Employment as herein set forth, and Employee hereby agrees to continue to serve in such positions for such term.
