Common use of Continuation of Work Clause in Contracts

Continuation of Work. Pending the final resolution of any dispute arising under, related to, or involving this Agreement, Criteria Architect agrees to diligently proceed with the performance of this Agreement, including the delivery of deliverables or providing of Services, in accordance with the Judicial Council’s instructions. Criteria Architect’s failure to diligently proceed in accordance with the Judicial Council’s instructions will be considered a material breach of this Agreement.

Continuation of Work. Pending the final resolution of any dispute arising under, related to, or involving this Agreement, Criteria Architect agrees to diligently proceed with the performance of this Agreement, including the delivery of deliverables or providing of Services, in accordance with the Judicial CouncilAOC’s instructions. Criteria Architect’s failure to diligently proceed in accordance with the Judicial CouncilAOC’s instructions will be considered a material breach of this Agreement.

Continuation of Work. Pending Unless otherwise directed in writing by the Judicial Council, pending the final resolution of any dispute arising under, related to, or involving this Agreement, Criteria Architect agrees to and shall diligently proceed with the performance of this Agreement, including the delivery of deliverables or providing of Services, at the same time that a dispute is addressed via this dispute resolution process and in accordance with the Judicial Council’s instructions. Criteria Architect’s failure to diligently proceed with the Services or in accordance with the Judicial Council’s instructions will be considered a material breach of this Agreement.
