Common use of Continuation of Insurance Clause in Contracts

Continuation of Insurance. In the event of a work related death of an active bargaining unit employee the County will pay health insurance premiums for the employee’s family, if the employee had Union plan dependent coverage at the time of death. The County shall pay the premiums in Section 4 for eighteen (18) months from the month of death.
