Continuation of Benefits. Following the termination of Executive’s employment hereunder, the Executive shall have the right to continue in the Company’s group health insurance plan or other Company benefit program as may be required by COBRA or any other federal or state law or regulation.

Continuation of Benefits. The use of FMLA leave by eligible employees shall neither enhance nor decrease any rights or benefits normally accrued to salaried employees during a leave with pay or any rights or benefits normally accrued during a leave without pay.
Continuation of Benefits. In the event of termination of Executive's employment by the Company pursuant to Section 4.3.1 or termination due to Disability, the Company shall pay the applicable premiums for such group health plan continuation as Executive is entitled to under the Consolidated Omnibus Reconciliation Act of 1985 ("COBRA") and shall continue such payment for the period of time the Executive is entitled to continue such coverage under COBRA.
Continuation of Benefits. The Executive (and, to the extent applicable, the Executive’s dependents) shall be entitled, after the Date of Termination until the end of the second calendar year following the calendar year of the Date of Termination (the “End Date”), to continue participation in all of the employee and executive plans providing medical, dental and long-term disability benefits that the Executive participated in prior to the Date of Termination (collectively, the “Continuing Benefit Plans”); provided that coverage with regard to medical, dental and long-term disability benefits for the period after the end of the eighteen (18)-month period following the Date of Termination shall be deemed to be monthly, in-kind payments of the premiums and will be taxable income to the Executive; and provided further that the participation by the Executive (and, to the extent applicable, the Executive’s dependents) in any Continuing Benefit Plan shall cease on the date, if any, prior to the End Date on which the Executive becomes eligible for comparable benefits under a similar plan, policy or program of a subsequent employer (“Prior Date”). The Executive agrees to notify the Company promptly if and when Executive begins employment with another employer and if and when Executive becomes eligible to participate in any benefit or other welfare plans, programs or arrangements of another employer. The Executive’s participation in the Continuing Benefit Plans will be on the same terms and conditions that would have applied had the Executive continued to be employed by the Company or the Affiliate that employs the Executive through the End Date or the Prior Date. To the extent any such benefits cannot be provided under the terms of the applicable plan, policy or program, the Company shall provide (or shall cause to be provided) comparable benefits under another plan or from its general assets. To the extent any medical or dental plan is a “self-insured medical reimbursement plan” under Code section 105(h) and such coverage would be discriminatory thereunder, the premiums (both during and after the eighteen (18)-month period) shall be taxable income to the Executive and the Company or its Affiliates shall pay the Executive promptly after the provision of such benefits additional cash payments to the extent necessary for the Executive to receive the same net after-tax benefits that the Executive would have received under such plans if the Executive had continued to receive such plan benefits wh...
Continuation of Benefits. (i) For a period of three years following the Termination of Employment (the “Benefit Continuation Period”), the Employee shall be treated as if Employee had continued to be an executive for all purposes under the Company’s health insurance plan and dental insurance plan; or if the Employee is prohibited from participating in such plans, the Company shall otherwise provide such benefits. Employee shall be responsible for any employee contributions for such insurance coverage. Following the Benefit Continuation Period, Employee shall be entitled to receive continuation coverage under Part 6 of Title I of ERISA (“COBRA Benefits”) by treating the end of this period as the applicable qualifying event (i.e., as a termination of employment) for purposes of ERISA Section 603(2)) and with the concurrent loss of coverage occurring on the same date, to the extent allowed by applicable law.
Continuation of Benefits. If, during the Employment Period, the Executive's employment is terminated other than for Cause, the Executive (and, to the extent applicable, his/her dependents) shall be entitled, after the Date of Termination until the earlier of (A) the third anniversary of the Date of Termination (the "End Date") and (B) the date the Executive becomes eligible for comparable benefits under a similar plan, policy or program of a subsequent employer, to continue participation in all of the individual and group health (including without limitation medical, dental and disability) and life employee benefits plans maintained by the Company, JHFS or an Affiliate and in which the Executive had been participating prior to the Date of Termination (the "Benefit Plans"). In addition, to the extent that, prior to the Date of Termination, the Company had been paying the premiums on any split-dollar life insurance policy with respect to the Executive, the Company shall, as to any such policy, continue the payment of such premiums until the later of the End Date or the date through which the Company otherwise would have paid premiums on such policy in the absence of a Change of Control. To the extent any such benefits cannot be provided under the terms of the applicable plan, policy or program, the Company shall provide a comparable benefit under another plan or from the Company's general assets. The Executive's participation in the Benefit Plans will be on the same terms and conditions (including, without limitation, any condition that the Executive make contributions toward the cost of such coverage on the same terms and conditions generally applicable to similarly situated employees) that would have applied had the Executive continued to be employed by the Company through the End Date.
Continuation of Benefits. The Employer agrees to pay, on a twelve (12) month basis, the Employer's share of employee benefits for eligible regular employees whose employment year is not less than ten (10) months.

Continuation of Benefits. Until the second anniversary of the Termination Date, the Company shall, at its expense, provide Executive and Executive's spouse and dependents with medical, life insurance and disability coverages at the level provided to Executive immediately prior to the Change of Control; provided, however, that if Executive becomes employed by a new employer, continuing coverage from the Company will become secondary to any coverage afforded by the new employer. In the event benefits are continued under this Section 3(b), such continued benefits shall be in lieu of those specified in Article 6.

Continuation of Benefits. A member who is on an approved medical or paid parental leave will have his/her hospitalization, life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment, surgical medical and major medical policies continued at no additional cost to the member; however, when the member has exhausted all paid leaves (e.g., sick, vacation, compensatory) the continuation of benefits shall be in accordance with university policy. A member receiving such leave must make arrangements with the Office of Human Resources/Benefits Administration for the continuation of benefits.
