Continuance of Obligations. The Executive remains obligated to comply with the Executive’s obligations and duties pursuant to Attachment A despite the termination of this Agreement and the Executive’s employment for any reason.
Continuance of Obligations. The obligations in this Section 9 shall continue to apply after termination of this Agreement without limit in time.
Continuance of Obligations. In the event of any termination of this Lease or any part thereof as a result of any such Proceedings, Tenant shall pay to Landlord all Base Rent, all Additional Rent and other charges payable hereunder with respect to that portion of the Demised Premises so taken in such Proceedings with respect to which this Lease shall have terminated justly apportioned to the date of such termination. From and after the date of vesting of possession in such Proceedings, Tenant shall continue to pay the Base Rent, Additional Rent and other charges payable hereunder as in this Lease provided to be paid by Tenant, subject to an abatement of a just and proportionate part of the Base Rent according to the extent and nature of such taking as provided for in Sections 14.3 and 14.5 hereof in respect to the Demised Premises remaining after such taking.
Continuance of Obligations. In consideration of being allowed access in the future to any of the Releasees lands by any of the respective Releasees for purposes other than the current Event I and My Property have agreed to participate in, and such other and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which I acknowledge and agree to, I agree and acknowledge that the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect now and in the future at all times during which I am allowed access to any of the Releasees lands by any of the respective Releasees.
Continuance of Obligations. In the event of any termination of this Lease, or any part thereof, as a result of any Proceedings, Tenant shall pay to Landlord all Base Rent and all Additional Rent and other charges payable hereunder, apportioned to the date of such termination, with respect to that portion of the Demised Premises so taken in such Proceedings with respect to which this Lease shall have terminated, whether for the entire Lease, or for a portion thereof. No Rent shall be payable with respect to any portion of the Demised Premises condemned, whether the whole or a part, after such termination, whether it be termination of the entire Lease or termination of a portion thereof. To the extent this Lease is not terminated in its entirety, from and after the date of vesting of title in such Proceedings, Xxxxxx shall continue to pay the equitably apportioned amount of Base Rent and Additional Rent and other charges payable hereunder, as provided in this Lease, to be paid by Xxxxxx.
Continuance of Obligations. The Parties shall continue to perform their respective obligations under this Agreement during any Expert or arbitration proceeding, provided that the right to terminate pursuant to Clause 13 on grounds different to those referred to the Expert or arbitrator shall not be restricted by this Clause 16.6.
Continuance of Obligations. For the avoidance of doubt, it is hereby clarified that other than the explicit approval by the Company within an Instruction, the issuance by the Company of an Instruction shall not release the LRT Consultant of any of its obligations or responsibilities under this Agreement.
Continuance of Obligations. Notwithstanding the existence of any dispute between the Parties which is referred to mediation or, as the case may be, arbitration, the Parties shall, during the pendency of the mediation or, as the case may be, arbitration, continue to act on matters under this Agreement which are not the subject matter of the Dispute as if no such Dispute had arisen, to the end and intent that the business and operations of the Company are not affected during the pendency of such mediation or arbitration.
Continuance of Obligations. In the event this Lease is not terminated, then from and after the date of vesting of title in such Proceedings, Tenant shall continue to pay the Basic Rent and Additional Rent and other charges payable hereunder, as in this Lease provided, to be paid by Tenant, subject to an abatement of a just and proportionate part of the Basic Rent according to the extent and nature of such taking as may be mutually agreed upon by Tenant and Landlord.
Continuance of Obligations. Any assignment or sublicense of rights of Licensee under this Agreement, even with the prior consent of Licensor, shall not operate to release, limit, impair or suspend any of the obligations of Licensee under this Agreement.
