Common use of Continuance and Termination Clause in Contracts

Continuance and Termination. This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect for one year from the date hereof, and is renewable annually thereafter by specific approval of the Directors or by vote of a majority of the outstanding voting securities of the Fund.
