Content of Training. Contractor shall use the training presentation provided by the IURC. Contractor shall not make any changes to the PowerPoint slides without IURC written approval. Contractor shall not make any material changes to the talking points without IURC written approval. The training sessions will include an introduction to the session and discussions of the following underground facilities topics: • Common Ground Alliance best practices (directed at the appropriate audience) • Damages (what to do if one occurs) • Indiana 811 Law, Indiana Code chapter 8-1-26 • One call requirements • PHMSA nine elements • Post excavation • Potholing utilities • Pre excavation practices • Test • Ticket management Tolerance zones • Any additional topics as directed by the IURC The pass/fail test will include multiple choice and/or fill in the blank questions. There must be at least twenty (20) questions on the test. Contractor shall read each question aloud to the trainees. Contractor may allow trainees to see the questions during the training but must not allow trainees to keep a hard copy of the test after the training is over. A score of 80 or above is considered passing. Contractor shall periodically modify the question order, question wording, and/or actual questions.

The Department of Business and Transportation Services may review Contractors’ bus driver training program, upon request.

  • Orientation and Training A transferring employee will be orientated separately to both or their new home in accordance with Article 20 the collective agreement of the designated employer.

  • Employment of trained personnel The Concessionaire shall ensure that the personnel engaged by it in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement are at all times properly trained for their respective functions.

  • Job Training The Employer and the Union shall establish a Joint Committee on Training and Skill Upgrading for the following purposes:
