The work-based learning takes place through the SBB; a recognised organisation providing the work placement based on a Work Place Agreement. In the Work Placement Agreement arrangements about the work-based learning are defined so that the student gains the necessary knowledge and experience for the qualification/elective. The activities carried out by the student as part of the Work Placement Agreement have a learning function.

Agreements about the vocational practical training are documented in the practical training agreement so that the student will be enabled to gain the knowledge and experience necessary for the qualification/ the optional component. The activities to be performed by the student within the framework of this agreement have a learning function.

The activities that are performed by the student in the context of the practical training agreement have a learning function.
Content and structure. 4.1. Practical vocational training forms a component of all vocational training within the meaning of the Adult and Vocational Education Act. The practical vocational training will take place at a training company accredited by the Cooperation Organisation for Vocational Education, Training and the Labour Market (Samenwerkingsorganisatie Beroepsonderwijs Bedrijfsleven, hereinafter referred to as the SBB) on the basis of a practical training contract. Agreements on the practical vocational training will be specified in the practical training contract, so that the student is enabled to gain the knowledge and experience that are necessary for the qualification/optional module. The activities that are carried out by the student within the framework of the practical training contract will have an educational purpose.

If, after thirty (30) calendar days of opening the Trouble Ticket, the DDR Service Level Standard issue is not corrected, but has been agreed to as a Service Issue, Customer may qualify for credits.

The decision of the competent authority/ purchase committee whether the articles supplied conforms to the specifications shall be final and binding on the supplier/ selected bidder.
