The Container sizes referenced in Exhibit B (Maximum Service Rates) shall be deemed approved by the County.

Prior to assessing such contamination fee, Contractor must provide 2641 targeted education (e.g., through the use of a tag on the Container) no less than 2642 three times to that specific Customer. Such education shall, at a minimum, 2643 notify the Customer of the specific materials that have been incorrectly placed 2644 and inform the Customer as to which Container the materials should be placed. 2645 Upon assessment of the contamination fee, Contractor shall document the 2646 presence of prohibited items through photographic record and make such 2647 documentation...

  • Components Patheon will purchase and test all Components (with the exception of Client-Supplied Components) at Patheon’s expense and as required by the Specifications.
