Contacts with Property Managers. At any time reasonably requested by Buyer following the Effective Date and prior to Closing, Buyer may contact and interview the property manager/leasing agent(s) for the Property on a Business Day, provided Buyer shall give Seller written notice on a Business Day not less than forty-eight (48) hours in advance of the time Buyer desires to conduct such interview, and Seller or its representative may be present during such interview.
