Common use of Contact Points Clause in Contracts

Contact Points. 1. By or as soon as possible after the date of entry into force of this Agreement for a Party, that Party shall designate a contact point for any official communication related to this Agreement, and shall notify the Depositary in writing of the contact point and the means to transmit communications to the contact point. Each Party shall notify the Depositary in writing of any change in its contact point or means of transmission as soon as practicable.

By or as soon as possible after In order to ensure the effective implementation of this Agreement and to facilitate communications between the Parties on any matter covered by this Agreement each Party shall, within one (1) month from the date of entry into force of this Agreement for a PartyAgreement, that Party shall designate a contact point for any official communication related to this Agreement, or contact points and shall notify the Depositary in writing other Party of the contact point and the means to transmit communications to the contact point. Each Party shall notify the Depositary in writing of any change in its contact point or means contact points. The Parties shall notify each other promptly of transmission as soon as practicableany amendments to the details of their contact points.
