Contact Point. 1. Each Party shall designate a contact point to facilitate communications between the Parties on any matter covered by this Agreement.
Contact Point. An employee who has been laid off and wishes to be recalled must insure that the Employer has a current phone number and address for purposes of recall. Failure on the part of the employee to provide this information may result in the employee forfeiting his/her recall rights.
Contact Point. 3.1. To report an Incident or request Hardware Maintenance, the Customer shall contact the helpdesk as instructed by Nexus on xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx
Contact Point. The Contact Points designated by the Parties pursuant to Article 8.2 of the Agreement shall also serve as the Contact Points for this Treaty for the purpose of facilitating communications between the Parties on any matter concerning this Treaty.

Contact Point. 1. Each Party shall designate the contact points3 in the relevant ministries through whom all matters arising from this Chapter will be channeled. 2. The contact point's duties will include: (a) coordinating cooperation programs and other activities; (b) acting as liaison between the Parties; (c) providing information to the other Party and to the general public where appropriate; and (d) any other duty agreed by the Parties or by the Council on Sustainable Development. 3 The contact points shall be the relevant Ministries of the Parties, in charge of environmental and labor matters.
Contact Point. 1. A Contact Point provides for Vehicle Operators and/or Vehicle Drivers in connection with the Contract on the Provision of the On-Board Unit the following customer services, in particular:
Contact Point. Each Party shall, within 30 days of the date of entry into force of this Agreement for that Party, designate a contact point for this Chapter and shall notify the other Parties of the contact details of that contact point. Each Party shall promptly notify the other Parties of any change to those contact details. Any notification, request, reply, written submission, or other document relating to any proceedings under this Chapter shall be delivered to the relevant Party through its designated contact point. The relevant Party shall provide confirmation of the receipt of such documents in writing through its designated contact point.

Employees being recalled for work will be called a minimum of 48 hours prior to shift start.
