Consumables. During the design phase, Purchaser may participate in the selection of suppliers of consumables of the Supplier. In such case, the choice regarding the final selection of the said suppliers shall be mutually agreed between the Parties. Two suppliers shall be identified and selected for each type of consumables.

Consumables. Hardware Support does not include the delivery, return, replacement, or installation of supplies or other consumable items (including, but not limited to, operating supplies, magnetic media, print heads, ribbons, toner, and batteries) unless otherwise stated in a Transaction Document.

For pick-up and shipping purposes, Contractor’s Laboratory Service Provider shall supply pre-addressed labels and forms, chain of custody forms, and mailer/transportation cartons.
Consumables. Consumables shall not be considered on a percentage of cost bases.

Consumables. 18.1. The Contractor will be expected to manage their stock of consumables (excluding paper) to meet the requirements of any contracted Framework Public Body under the Framework.

Customer agrees that it will not use any such Consumable for a prohibited use. Product recited in subparts (i) and (ii) herein may be covered by one or more U.S. or foreign patents.
