Consumable Supplies. 32.1 The University reserves the right to procure consumable supplies to be used on or with the Goods, and suitable for the Goods from the Seller or such other source as the University may deem appropriate. Such procurement of consumables from a source other than the Seller shall not invalidate the rights of the University under these General Conditions of Contract, and shall in no way affect the provisions in respect of warranty claims made in accordance with Clause 25, nor the University’s rights under Clause 27, provided that the consumables utilised meet the minimum standards as published by the Seller or the Manufacturer, or where no published standards are available, the standards generally accepted as being appropriate to the consumable supplies for use on or with the Goods concerned.

Consumable Supplies. 1. Landlord shall supply all consumable supplies required including paper towels, toilet tissue, hand soap, sanitary disposal bags, plastic trash bags, compostable trash bags, toilet seat covers, cleaning products and/or supplies, batteries, etc.
Consumable Supplies. Consumable Supplies vary depending upon the Equipment model. If "Consumable Supplies" is identified in Maintenance Plan features, Consumable Supplies include: (i) for black and white Equipment, standard black toner and/or dry ink, black developer, Copy Cartridges, and, if applicable, fuser agent required tomake impressions; (ii) for full color Equipment, the items in (i) plus standard cyan, magenta, and yellow toners and dry inks (and their associated developers); and,
Consumable Supplies a) Awarded Vendor(s) may offer OEM Ink only and Roll paper for Group E Devices. The Ink and/or paper may be purchased as standalone items, and will not be included as part of a Maintenance Agreement, nor will it be wrapped into the Total Monthly Payment on a lease or rental agreement.
Consumable Supplies. TBS agrees to furnish consumable supplies (ink, toner and toner collection containers) for the Term of the Contract, except as excluded in section 12 below. Customer is responsible for ordering supplies to assure ample time for delivery. TBS may charge you a supply freight fee to cover our cost of shipping supplies to you. TBS will determine the number of supplies to be shipped based on the Minimum Number of Units and Excess Units metered. If TBS determines that the Customer has used more than fifteen percent (15%) supplies than normal for the number of metered units, based on yields published by the manufacturer, Customer agrees to pay TBS’s customary charges for all excess supplies. Current pricing per unit is based on TBS preferred vendor toner. All supplies delivered as part of this Contract remain the property of TBS until and unless they are consumed by the equipment in the performance of this Contract. Any supplies not consumed as specified and not surrendered to TBS upon expiration or termination of this Contract will be invoiced to the Customer at TBS’s then current prices. Customer agrees to provide insurance coverage for supplies in case of loss under any circumstances. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the risk of loss of the consumable supplies shall be transferred from TBS to Customer if such consumable supplies are stored at Customer’s facility.

Unless otherwise set forth in an Order, Consumable Supplies excludes paper and staples.

Consumable Supplies. 4.1 You shall use with the Equipment only such consumable supplies as are recommended.
Consumable Supplies. The Contractor shall furnish all consumables required for the performance of this Contract. The Government will turn over consumables that are already in inventory at the start of the Contract. Upon completion of the Contract, the Contractor shall return the same consumable inventory level back to the Government.
Consumable Supplies. VISC does not supply, and is not responsible for supplying consumable supplies normally used by the lessee as part of using this Leased ScanCart Unit. These consumable supplies include without limitation: black toner/ink, color toner/ink, paper, data storage tapes, writable CDs and/or DVDs of any type, extra electrical power cords or computer cords or connectors, staples, fasteners or consumable supplies of any type (beyond those supplies that may have been initially provided with or on Leased ScanCart unit. You are responsible for providing any consumable supplies beyond any consumable supplies initially provided with the Leased ScanCart.
