Consulting Services Fees. Customer agrees to pay Secureworks for the Consulting Services in accordance with the applicable SOW. For each SOW, the Consulting Services will commence on the date specified in the applicable SOW (the “Consulting Services Commencement Date”) and Secureworks may invoice Customer for such Consulting Services on or after the Consulting Services Commencement Date.
Consulting Services Fees. The consulting service fees refer to the costs incurred by Party B for fulfilling the obligations under this Agreement, and the calculation method and payment time of the consulting service fees shall be subject to the Confirmation Letter of Consulting Service Fees otherwise confirmed by both parties.
Consulting Services Fees. Licensee shall pay AvantGo the fee set forth ------------------------ in Schedule D-1 for the consulting services and the Consulting Deliverables set ------------ forth therein. The fees for the consulting services shall be due and payable within thirty (30) days from Licensee's acceptance of the Consulting Deliverables. All consulting services which the parties agree in writing that AvantGo provides to Licensee on a time and materials basis shall be invoiced monthly, and payment for such consulting services shall be due within thirty (30) days after the date of AvantGo's invoice to Licensee.
Consulting Services Fees. Promptly upon receipt of invoices for the consulting services being subcontracted to Phoenix under the terms of Section 2.2 below, LBS shall invoice the End Users for such Consulting Services at a rate that shall be equal to or greater than PHOENIX then current blended Consulting Rate of One Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($150.00) per man-hour, and such invoices shall be required to be paid to LBS within thirty days from the invoice date. LBS shall be entitled to retain twenty percent (20%) of the Consulting Services Fees invoiced and collected from End Users. LBS shall remit the balance of the Consulting Services Fees to Phoenix within five (5) business days of receipt thereof. 2 C.
Consulting Services Fees. Except as otherwise provided for in a particular Order Form, the fees for Our Consulting Services will be invoiced on a monthly basis in arrears and will be due within forty-five (45) days from the date of invoice. You will also reimburse Us for actual travel and living expenses that We incur in providing You with services. Such travel and living expenses will be governed by Our Corporate Travel and Expense Reimbursement Policy and will be invoiced on a monthly basis in arrears and due withinforty-five (45) days from the date of invoice.
Consulting Services Fees. The Order and each Change Order specify the amount of and payment schedule for Consulting Services Fees the Client will pay to CGI under the Agreement.
Consulting Services Fees. 2.1 As of the Effective Date, Consultant shall be paid One Hundred Dollars and No Cents ($100.00) per hour of services. Cash fees will not exceed 40 hours per month or $4,000.00 per month. It is understood and agreed by Client and Consultant that Consultant is not an employee of Client. Consultant understands and agrees that he will be issued an annual 1099 form reflecting professional fees paid by Client. Further, Consultant is not entitled to any benefits of Client provided to its employees, including but not limited to insurance programs, retirement plans, workers’ compensation insurance, sick leave, vacation and any other benefits provided by Client to its employees, except as otherwise set forth below.
Consulting Services Fees. Company shall pay i2 the fees as set forth in the applicable Statement of Work which shall be at the rates set forth in Exhibit 1 for Consulting Services. In addition, Company shall reimburse i2 for all reasonable travel, living and delivery expenses incurred by i2 in rendering Consulting Services. Company shall make all payments in US dollars. All payments shall be due within thirty (30) days after receipt by Company of an invoice or as otherwise specified within this Agreement. All costs of collection, including reasonable attorney's and expert's fees and costs of court, shall be paid by Company.
Consulting Services Fees. Consulting Services provided by HFS to Customer pursuant to this Agreement will be provided on a time and materials basis and mutually agreed upon in advance in a Statement of Work signed by each of the parties. In the event a Statement of Work fails to state the hourly rate for such services, the hourly rate shall be HFS’ standard rate for such services at such time. (For informational purposes only, as of the Effective Date, HFS’ standard hourly rates for Consulting Services are $200 per resource and are subject to change at any time). Fees for Consulting Services shall be invoiced by HFS to Customer once a month for each month during which such fees are incurred and are due and payable by Customer to HFS on the date of the invoice for such amounts.
Consulting Services Fees. Fees for Consulting Services will be paid monthly with 45 days from receipt of the relevant invoices issued by Licensor.
