Common use of Consulting Relationship Clause in Contracts

Consulting Relationship. I understand and acknowledge that this Agreement does not alter, amend or expand upon any rights I may have to continue in a consulting relationship with, or in the duration of my consulting relationship with, the Company under any existing agreements between the Company and me, including but not limited to the consulting agreement entered into by and between the Company and me, dated , 2021 (the “Consulting Agreement”) or under applicable law. Any consulting relationship between the Company and me, whether commenced prior to or upon the date of this Agreement, shall be referred to herein as the “Relationship.”

Consulting Relationship. I understand and acknowledge that this Agreement does not alter, amend or expand upon any rights I may have to continue in a consulting relationship with, or in the duration of my consulting relationship with, the Company under any existing agreements between the Company and me, including but not limited to the consulting agreement entered into by and between the Company and me, dated March 20, 2021 2019 (the “Consulting Agreement”) or under applicable law. Any consulting relationship between the Company and me, whether commenced prior to or upon the date of this Agreement, shall be referred to herein as the “Relationship.”

Consulting Relationship. I understand and acknowledge that this Agreement does not alter, amend or expand upon any rights I may have to continue in a consulting relationship with, or in the duration of my consulting relationship with, the Company under any existing agreements between the Company and me, including but not limited to the consulting agreement entered into by and between the Company and me, dated August 6, 2021 2019 (the “Consulting Agreement”) or under applicable law. Any consulting relationship between the Company and me, whether commenced prior to or upon the date of this Agreement, shall be referred to herein as the “Relationship.”

Consulting Relationship. I understand and acknowledge that this Agreement does not alter, amend or expand upon any rights I may have to continue in a consulting relationship with, or in the duration of my consulting relationship with, the Company under any existing agreements between the Company and me, including but not limited to the consulting agreement entered into by and between the Company and me, dated February 1, 2021 (the “Consulting Agreement”) or under applicable law. Any consulting relationship between the Company and me, whether commenced prior to or upon the date of this Agreement, shall be referred to herein as the “Relationship.”

Consulting Relationship. I understand and acknowledge that this Agreement does not alter, amend or expand upon any rights I may have to continue in a consulting relationship with, or in the duration of my consulting relationship with, the Company under any existing agreements between the Company and me, including but not limited to the consulting agreement entered into by and between the Company and me, dated October 10, 2021 2017 (the “Consulting Agreement”) or under applicable law. Any consulting relationship between the Company and me, whether commenced prior to or upon the date of this Agreement, shall be referred to herein as the “Relationship.”

Consulting Relationship. I understand and acknowledge that this Agreement does not alter, amend or expand upon (i) any rights I may have to continue in a consulting relationship with, or (ii) in the duration of my consulting relationship with, the Company Corporation Group under any existing agreements between the Company Corporation Group and me, including but not limited to the consulting agreement entered into by and between the Company Corporation and me, dated October 24, 2021 2017 (the “Consulting Agreement”) ), or under applicable law. Any consulting relationship between the Company Corporation and me, whether commenced prior to before or upon the date of this Agreement, shall be referred to herein as the “Relationship.”

Consulting Relationship. I understand and acknowledge that this Agreement does not alter, amend or expand upon any rights I may have to continue in a consulting relationship with, or in the duration of my consulting relationship with, the Company under any existing agreements between the Company and me, including but not limited to the consulting strategic services agreement entered into by and between the Company and me, dated September 23, 2021 (the “Consulting Agreement”) or under applicable law. Any consulting relationship between the Company and me, whether commenced prior to or upon the date of this Agreement, shall be referred to herein as the “Relationship.”

Consulting Relationship.
