Common use of Consulting Period Clause in Contracts

Consulting Period. The Consultant shall render consulting services, on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, for the period beginning on the Date of Termination and ending upon the date that is one year after the Effective Date, unless this Agreement shall be earlier terminated in accordance with the terms hereof (the “Consulting Period”).

Consulting Period. The Company hereby engages Consultant shall render consulting servicesas a consultant, on subject to the terms and conditions set forth in provisions of this Agreement, for the period beginning on commencing from the Effective Date of Termination and ending upon continuing through the date that which is one year after two (2) months following the Effective Date, unless this Agreement shall be earlier terminated in accordance with the terms hereof Date (the “Consulting Period”). Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Consulting Period shall be subject to earlier termination pursuant to Sections 3 and 6 hereof.

Consulting Period. The Consultant shall make himself available to render consulting services, on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, for the period beginning on the Date date of Termination the Merger and ending upon on the earlier of (i) the fifth anniversary of the date that is one year after of the Effective Date, unless this Agreement shall be earlier terminated in accordance with Merger or (ii) the terms hereof date on which the Consultant becomes disabled or dies (the “"Consulting Period”").

Consulting Period. The Consultant shall render consulting servicesservices to the Company and to the Board of Directors, on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, for the period beginning on the Date of Termination October 1, 2011 and ending upon the date that is one year after the Effective Dateon September 30, 2014, unless this Agreement shall be earlier terminated in accordance with the terms Section 9 hereof (the “Consulting Period”).

Consulting Period. The Consultant shall render consulting servicesserve as a consultant to the Company in respect of the Services (as defined in Section 2 below) for a period commencing on December 26th, on 2007, (the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, for the period beginning on the Date of Termination and ending upon the date that is one year after the “Effective Date, unless ”) and continuing until termination of this Agreement shall be earlier terminated in accordance with the terms hereof Section 7 below (the “Consulting Period”).

Consulting Period. The Consultant shall render consulting servicesservices to the Company, on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, for the period beginning on the Date of Termination April 1, 2014 and ending upon the date that is one year after the Effective Dateon December 31, 2014, inclusive, unless this Agreement shall be earlier terminated in accordance with the terms Section 10 hereof (the “Consulting Period”).

Consulting Period. The Consultant shall render provide consulting services, services (as defined below) for a period of nine (9) consecutive months commencing on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, for the period beginning on the Date of Termination and ending upon the date that is one year after the Effective Date, unless the time period is extended in accordance with this Agreement shall be Section 1 or earlier terminated in accordance with the terms hereof Section 3 (the “Consulting Period”).

Consulting Period. The Consultant shall render provide consulting servicesservices to the Company, on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, for the period beginning on the Date of Termination date hereof and ending when terminated by either side pursuant to the following sentence (the "Consulting Period"). The Company or the Consultant may terminate this Agreement, with or without cause, at any time upon written notice to the date other party; provided, however, that is one year after the Effective Date, unless Company may terminate this Agreement shall be earlier terminated in accordance only with the terms hereof (the “Consulting Period”)approval of its Board of Directors.

Consulting Period. The Consultant shall render consulting services, on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, for the period beginning on the Date of Termination date last signed, below (the “Effective Date”) and ending upon the date that is one year after the Effective DateDecember 31, unless this Agreement shall be earlier terminated in accordance with the terms hereof 2015 (the “Consulting Period”)) or ending on such other date as mutually agreed upon, in writing, by the Parties.

The Consultant shall render consulting services, provide the Consulting Services during the period commencing as of the date of this Agreement and ending at the close of business on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, for the period beginning on the Date first anniversary of Termination and ending upon the date that is one year after the Effective Date, unless of this Agreement shall be earlier terminated in accordance with the terms hereof (the “"Consulting Period”").

Consulting Period. The Consultant shall render consulting services, on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, Services (as defined below) for the period beginning on the Closing Date of Termination and ending upon the date that is one year after 24 months following the Effective Closing Date, unless this Agreement shall be earlier terminated in accordance with the terms hereof Section 8 (the “Consulting Period”).
