Consulting and Support Services. WRISC support services are available to employees of the District for the application service under contract. This service includes telephone response, formal classroom training, on-site training, user documentation materials and consulting in conjunction with implementation of the XXXXX software. When the District contracts with outside consultants, District employee(s) must participate in any training provided to the consultant for WRISC systems. Analysts are available to district staff Monday – Friday from 8:00 AM until 4:30 PM.

Consulting and Support Services. (a) The Consultant shall perform certain consulting and support services to the Company including, but not limited, to: (i) managing residential and commercial customer accounts; (ii) servicing customer needs; (iii) providing representation for the Company to all inquires from customers and/or third parties; and (iv) assistance with day-to-day operations.

  • TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICES 2.1 The technical support services (the "Services"): Party A agrees to provide to Party B the relevant services requested by Party B, which are specified in Exhibit 1 attached hereto ("Exhibit 1").

  • Transitional Services Contractor shall provide Transitional Services to offenders who are being released from a prison, an assessment/sanction center, prerelease center, or treatment center for up to the first 90 days of community supervision after release. A Probation and Parole Officer (PO) will determine the specific services to be provided to each offender based on the offender’s needs and individualized case plan as determined or developed by the State. The referring PO will complete an agreed upon referral form designating the services selected. Contractor will confirm availability of services, establish a start date, and return the referral form to the PO and the designated State staff.
