Consulting Activities. Faculty and other University personnel engaged in consulting work regarding inventions should use great care to ensure that their consulting agreement(s) are not in conflict with University policies on outside activities and financial interests and shall disclose in a timely fashion to the Office of Research any potential conflicts.

Consulting Activities. Delta Petroleum Corporation agrees to retain Consultant, and Consultant agrees to be retained by Delta Petroleum Corporation as a consultant, for the purpose of providing the consulting services described in Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof. Commencing on August 3, 2012, Consultant shall devote substantially all of his business time to providing such consulting services.
Consulting Activities. Archemix may request Isis to perform certain research and development activities to aid in the advancement of Licensed Products. Isis will be under no obligation to perform such consulting activities requested by Archemix. Any mutually agreed upon consulting work will be performed under an agreed upon work plan, which will include estimates of Isis’ FTE time to be expended. Isis will be compensated by Archemix for the performance of any such consulting work by Isis at the FTE Rate.
Consulting Activities. In its capacity as a consultant, TNG shall make its best effort to assist COUNTY in developing and executing a government relations plan. The nature of this plan and its objectives shall be determined by COUNTY with the advice and assistance of TNG. In this role, TNG shall assist COUNTY in assessing its long-range federal initiatives, establishing priorities among its projects, and developing a strategic plan for expanding its government outreach activities. TNG’s duties may include the following when appropriate: conduct an extensive inventory of COUNTY’S resources; develop the concept for agreed-upon initiatives; formulate a comprehensive plan and timetable for the initiatives; prepare the outline of a proposal for the initiatives; assist in the preparation of supporting documentation for the initiatives; develop legislative strategies concerning the initiatives; serve as liaison to government agencies as necessary; and monitor and report on government programs relevant to the initiatives and other possible areas of interest to COUNTY. ASSIGNABILITY Neither party shall assign any of its rights or delegate any of its duties or obligations under the Agreement without the express written consent of the other party.
Consulting Activities. WUFSI retains Consultant to provide the consulting services described on Attachment A (the “Services”). Consultant shall provide the Services to WUFSI at mutually agreed upon times during the term of this Agreement. Consulting Activities. The Board of Education recognizes that the Superintendent has a professional obligation to serve as a speaker, consultant or resource person outside the District.
