Consultative Committee. 26.1 The parties agree to establish a consultative committee to assist the parties improve productivity, efficiency and to provide for the effective involvement of employees in decision making processes. The committee will consist of an equal number of company and elected employee representatives.
Consultative Committee. The parties to this agreement recognise that consultation and employee involvement are essential to improved industrial relations and company performance. The workforce shall be fully informed and be given maximum opportunity for input into decision-making. Appropriate consultative mechanisms shall be established within the company and where agreed on major projects. A Joint Consultative Committee (JCC) will be established in companies with over twenty (20) employees. The role of this committee will be, but not limited to the following: The monitoring of the implementation and on going operation of this agreement, and to seek remedies where the objectives of the agreement are not being met; The development and monitoring of key productive improvements, and the measurement of the effectiveness of those initiatives; The monitoring of the implementation of training measures the purpose of which will be to advance the concept of continuous workplace training and skills enhancement; and The maintenance of effective compliance with the dispute settlement procedures of this agreement by all parties. The committee shall consist of equal representation of both the employees and the company, and shall not be less than four members in total. The committee may at its discretion call on other persons or experts to attend the committee and to advise it on specific matters of concern to the committee. Employee representatives will be allowed reasonable time during working hours to prepare and/or report the outcome of meetings. The committee will attempt to meet (at least) bi-monthly during the life of this agreement and will be jointly chaired by a representative of the company and a nominated representative of the employees. The Secretary of the Union or nominee will be welcome to attend meetings of the consultative committee.
Consultative Committee. (a) To assist in creating a stable and co-operative environment for the project, a consultative committee has been established which shall operate in accordance with its charter. It is not the objective of parties to this clause that the committee would over-ride the function and responsibilities of management or unions.
Consultative Committee. 30.1 To assist in creating a stable and cooperative working relationship on matters pertaining to this Agreement a consultative committee consisting of equal employee and managerial numbers will be established.
Consultative Committee. 2.2.1 A Joint Consultative Committee may be established, the role of which will be: • to monitor the implementation and on-going operation of this Agreement, and to seek remedies where the objectives of the Agreement are not being met; • to develop and monitor key productivity improvements, and to measure the effectiveness of those initiatives; • to monitor the implementation of training measures the purpose of which will be to advance the concept of continuous workplace training and skills enhancement; • to provide a forum for the parties to consult each other about matters involving changes to the organisation or performance of work in the enterprise; and • to ensure effective compliance with the Grievance/Disputes Procedure by all parties.
Consultative Committee. Consultation and participation are essential to improved industrial relations. In an effort to keep the workplace informed a consultative committee may be established where the workforce would be able to have input into decision making. The committee if formed will comprise representatives of management and employees with its main task of monitoring operations of this agreement. The committee if formed would endeavour to meet each six months or more frequently if required. The decisions and recommendations of the committee would be communicated to all employees.
Consultative Committee. (A) A Consultative Committee shall be established to help meet the goals of this Enterprise Agreement.
Consultative Committee. 7.1 The parties agree to form a consultative committee to assist in improving productivity, efficiency and to provide for the effective involvement of employees in the decision making process. The committee will consist of an approximately equal number of employer and employee representatives.
Consultative Committee. A Consultative Committee shall be established, consisting of Armaguard representatives and elected employee representatives to assist in the promotion of the goals outlined in this Agreement. The Committee shall meet regularly and not less than once every three months. The purpose of the Consultative Committee will be to facilitate two-way communication between Armaguard and its employees.
Consultative Committee. Within three months of the approval of this Agreement by the Fair Work Commission, the Company will establish a Consultative Committee comprising of representatives of the employer and workplace representatives of equal numbers, unless otherwise agreed by the parties. The Consultative Committee will determine its own operating procedures. The Consultative Committee will meet at least once each quarter, unless otherwise agreed. The Consultative Committee will be a forum for the discussion of issues within the terms of this Agreement, improvements to the workplace, and any other workplace matters. The company will consult with the Consultative Committee on major changes as defined in clause 23.
